camera link pcie-1427 acquisition at high frame rate

Dear all,

I would like to acquire frame at the highest possible rate allowed by my camera without losing any of them.

I'm using a Goldeye CL008 from Allied Vison (CameraLink interface).

The frame grabber is a NI PCIe1427.

My computer has an Intel i7 3770 and 32GB RAM and it is running a 64bit Windows 7.

I'm using a Labview18. 

Until now I have been able to acquire 32pixels at 12500 fps but when I'm trying to speed up the acquisition I'm starting to lose frames. I'm using the attached VI to acquire and save the data as binary file. 

My camera can acquire up to 26000FPS with the 4x8 pixel resolution and 6us acquisition time. 

So where is my bottleneck? Is it the problem of the frame grabber? or of the PC? or am I doing something wrong?
