Not able to get voltage across the isolated out (trigger out) in smart camers (HIK VISION)

Hi.

I am working on HIK VISION camera  of model MV-SI610-08GM. I am working on camera with trigger mode, trigger in was working fine with is connected to a sensor (photo electric sensor)  but i  want trigger out for connecting to light for brightness.

Help me out who have worked on it.
