How to detect glass particles in glass bottle

I am using count object 2 function to detect non transparent (Black) particles and that is working fine. Now I want to detect Transparent (Glass) particles from the same Image.

Glass bottle is filled by water and mix particles are present in the glass bottle.

I also tried to use filter in then used the count object 2 function but it is not working properly.

Please suggest the solution

Any help would be highly appreciated.
