IMAQdx error Camera is already in use

Hi Everyone,

We have a NI Framegrabber card PXIe1435 installed in PXI Controller 8861. I can see the card listed in NI Max under the chassis. But when I click on the Framegrabber on the MAX, I am getting error saying that the Camera is already in use

But the instrument is not connected to anything. 

I tried resetting NI MAX database, still this problem is there. I do not have any IMAQ sessions opened. I tried restarting the PXI Controller multiple time. This error doesn't seem to go off.
