Vision Builder doesn´t detect my USB camara

Hello Everyone

i´m ussing:
Vision Builder 2019
IMAQX: 2019
camera: Allied Vision 1800 u 2050-c


When I try to connect my USB camera, it sends the following error message in Vision builder

However, when I check in NI MAX, I don't see any errors, and it reads the camera correctly.

I already replaced the IMAQX with the 2023 version, but it still has the same error. I just need to test the Vision Builder 2023.

Has anyone else experienced this type of failure?
